Mr. Donald Horsley

Ex officio – President of the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services

Mr. Horsley of Virginia Beach, Virginia, is the President of the Board of Directors for the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS). He and his family operate Land of Promise Farms in Virginia Beach. A 1969 Virginia Tech graduate, Mr. Horsley is a member of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Hall of Fame. Mr. Horsley was named Virginia Farmer of the Year in 2011.
